Lisa & Tara were wonderful at costumer service. The guys work hard and are kind as well. Very friendly establishment. Great attitudes. Willing to work around your time & help out in whatever way. I definitely recommend this location. If you want humans working with you and not just a company this is where to go! The old owner would be BEYOND PROUD OF YOUR WORK GUYS THX YOU FOR YOUR HELP & SERVICES.

Lisa and the team in Norton were awesome. I had my transmission replaced a couple of years ago and was having an issue with it. She took it in, evaluated it, found the problem and replaced it for me without any issues! Great customer service!!
10/10 service. Had a major transmission issue with my car and the shop I sent it to couldn’t get it done. They sent it to AAMCO and Lisa and her team absolutely crushed it in no time. Would recommend this shop to anyone
I just left AAMCO In Norton and I have nothing bad to say about them. The day before I just randomly showed up to their shop because my transmission was acting up come to find out that It was low 3 quarts of transmission fluid and they gave me 3 quarts for free and they were able to get me in the next morning. I had to come in because I had a transmission filter leaking and they were able to take care of it the following morning Without hesitation. Lisa The owner at the front counter is nothing but positive as she gave them the OK to give me three free quarts of fluid without a charge But even when I was in the waiting room while my car was being serviced, I was chatting back-and-forth with her And I actually really enjoyed it. It didn’t even feel that A lot of time had passed by while I was waiting even though it was just a transmission shop. I genuinely enjoy the experience. I would also like to shout out the person who worked on my car Kurt as before it Hard shifting and popping out of gear, now my car shifts like butter And hasn’t been this smooth in a long time it was about time for a service anyway Basically what I’m saying is they got a customer for life would recommend the Norton location to anybody who has transmission issues even though my car is 25 years old and beat up, they still took care of it like anything brand new Lisa and her team are worth your time times 10, if I could give them 10 stars instead of five, I would
